How will Step into My Shoes help my church?

Step into My Shoes was developed to invest in children and
families—to help them in their faith, to deepen their relationship with Jesus
and to foster a heart of love and compassion for our neighbours, both here in
Canada and around the world. The experience allows children and families to
see life through the eyes of their global neighbours in the Philippines and
invites us to follow in Jesus’ footsteps—caring for children and for those in
need.

Step Into My Shoes is our gift to the local church in Canada and we
pray it is a great blessing to congregations everywhere as they begin to see
the world in a whole new way—no passport required! 

Step Into My Shoes Philippines consists of two adaptable experiences
for churches and groups: 

• The Step Into My Shoes Philippines 4-Step KidMin Experience is a
  series of four 1-hour sessions that takes children through their authentic
  calling in Jesus to live beyond themselves. It is best suited for children
  ages 8-12 (with adaptations available for children 5 and up) and is perfect
  for VBS and Sunday School settings. 
• The Step Into My Shoes Philippines 90-Minute Give Back Day is a
  90-minute church-based event experience that brings children, parents and
  all generations together to see the world from a different
  perspective—without needing to leave home.
